Tomas Kotula was born and raised in Poland and emigrated to England with his son Lucasz, who as father and son manage the business.
A key part of the diverse offering at the Food Hall and a rare place in the city centre to purchase Central European foods. Their raw pork is delivered from fresh Poland and reared in the traditional Polish method.
